Fermented in tank in the burgundian style with the second (malolactic) fermentation with 10 percent fermented in barrel to give added richness and complexity.
Very fine, crisp Bourgogne Blanc, a mouthwatering partner to oysters or other fruits de mer. Alternatively, serve it as a light, elegant aperitif.
